Publish Online with The Documents Guy - Project Fees

Fees for setting up and configuring The Documents Guy dynamic online publishing system are:
  1. Project Fee
    Based on the original specifications determined during the process of defining the scope of your project.
  2. Hourly Fee
    For changes to the original specifications, during or after completion of the project.
Once the scope of the project has been determined The Documents Guy will quote a Project Fee based on the content and timeframe of the overall project. This is a fixed fee and will not change. However, during the course of the project you will likely make changes to your original specifications. Changes that result in an increase of content and/or time will be charged at an Hourly Fee in addition to the Project Fee.

A non-refundable 50% downpayment of the Project Fee is payable prior to commencement of any work. The balance of the Project Fee is payable upon completion of the original specifications or end of the timeframe, whichever comes first. Any Hourly Fees are payable as accrued, generally on a weekly or biweekly basis. The Documents Guy does data entry and offers ongoing support and/or modifications after implementation at an Hourly Fee only.
